Ordering
On the web shop, you can order items via our website. All prices are exclusive Danish VAT as customers comes from all over Europe. Danish customers will be added Danish VAT automatically when selecting Denmark as country in the checkout phase. The prices are current prices. We accept no liability for pricing errors and sold out items.

 

When shopping on the web shop, you enter an agreement under Danish law. You will receive an order confirmation to the email address you stated upon purchase. Likewise, you will receive an email with the shipment’s tracking number as soon as the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

 

Payment

In the web shop, you can pay via Visa or MasterCard. We first deduct the order’s amount from your account or your card when the goods are dispatched from our warehouse. An amount greater than the sum you have approved at the time of purchase cannot be deducted. There are no extra surcharges for payments made in the web shop.

 

Delivery

Products are delivered when received by the customer. We ship your items within 1-3 working days of your order being approved and paid. Orders of stocked Turbos are delivered with free shipping in Europe. For other orders, a shipping charge will be added on checkout depending on purchase and destination.

 

We deliver to private addresses, business addresses and post offices. We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes. All orders are delivered by parcel post with the Danish carrier GLS or DAO. You will receive a notice of delivery by email. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the Carrier, or the local forwarder, will leave a delivery note in your mailbox, and you must then contact the carrier, or local forwarder, to arrange collection of your package. Bulk orders will be delivered by a carrier on weekdays between 8.00am and 4.00pm.

 

Right of return

You have 14 days to inform you want to cancel your order and another additional 14 days to return your order. We only accept returned items that have been purchased from us (www.masterpower.eu). The right of return starts from the same day you receive the item. The right to receive 100% refund of the purchased value can only be achieved if the product is returned in the same condition in which it was received and if the labels and packaging are intact. You can also cancel your purchase simply by refusing to accept the package on delivery.

 

When a product is installed by the customer or any other third party, and put in operation on a started engine, the product may have been exposed to incorrect installation, incorrect tuning, incorrect oil supply or incorrect cooling that regardless operation time could harme the product. To evaluate and detect possible amount of wear or damage from incorrect installation or usage a full disassembly with component cleaning and bench testing is required. Cost for such work and testing on an already used product exceed the value of the product itself. Therefore please be informed that if the product has been put in operation on a running engine at any time during the following 14 days after delivery the product is considered 100% consumed.

 

If the product have not been put in operation on a started engine, but only installed mechanically with possible wear marks, the amount of refund could only be 100% if no scratches or failures are found on the product when returned and the original label packaging is also returned still intact. If however the product is received with any scratches or signs of mechanical damage or usage from installation or handling the amount of possible refund would be evaluated and informed the customer within 14 days after we have received the used product. Refund values on used products with visible signs of mechanical usage would be valued maximum 0-25% of purchased price and would rely on an individual evaluation.

 

If you wish to return your purchase, we will transfer the money to your bank account within 14 days once we have received the product and checked that it meets the rules for cancellation. The only cost you have when you wish to return your purchase is the postage to send the item back to us. When returning the items we will require to receive the tracking number to follow the pakcage correctly. It is therefore required that you ship your returned items providing a tracking no. and send us the link to the carrier for tracking. The items should be returned with a completed return form. On the return form, you can see what information we need from you.

If you wish to exchange the purchased item to another item, you must return the purchased item as described above, and we will then transfer the amount to your account. You should order the new replacement item by making a new order on the webshop, as all stock management is done on the web shop.

Please note! No returns are possible on "one off" custom deliveres such as e.g. a special configured custom turbos or special order laser cut flanges etc.

Please note! We do not accept parcels sent COD (Cash on Delivery) and we will not collect parcels that have been sent without direct delivery.

 

24 month warranty period - Visual inspection prior to installation

When you shop at www.masterpower.eu, you as a private consumer have a standard warranty claim period of 24 months by Danish law for any defects visual on the delivery of the product. The warranty period covers faults present on delivery only, and not wear and tear, or defaults caused by incorrect installation, tuning or mapping. The life span of a turbo is 100% depended on correct installation and correct tuning. A turbo will show fault immidately on first start-up if defect, otherwise it is build to last for many years when installed, tuned and mapped correctly. I.e. because the customer is responsible for the correct installation (oil, oil pressure, oil flow among others), tuning and mapping a turbo is classified as an item with 100% depended limited life span under the normal 24 month warranty period by Danish Law.

 

1 year warranty - In operation (after our check-list has been fulfilled priory to start-up and returned my mai)

We are proud of our turbos, and as long our turbos are installed correctly we know they will last a very long time. We choose to offer a period of 1 year warranty on all our racing turbos in operation if installation has been performed correctly following our check-list. We have made a simple check-list (best practise) for correct installation that must be fulfilled to receive our special1 year warranty for Racing Turbos. The 1 year warranty program is only valid after our check-list has been fulfilled priory to start-up and returned my mail. The warranty period starts from day of delivery. Delivery is when the item is delivered to the customer.

 

Warranty claim

If you have received a faulty item, or a different item to the one you ordered, you can either have the item exchanged or refunded. It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the item or other damaging action, and the check list for our warranty programme has been followed correctly. If your complaint is justified, and you would like a replacement, we will send you a new item free of all shipping costs. Transport damage

It is very important that you verify that the shipment is not damaged upon receipt. When signing for receipt of the item, you are signifying that the item was not damaged or missing anything, and this means our insurance on the shipment is not valid. If there is the slightest damage to the packaging, you must make this known to the carrier on the spot.

 

With any visible shipping damage on the packaging/item - what do I do?

Inform the carrier that you will need to examine the contents of the shipment for any shipping damage due to the visible damage to the packaging. If for any reason the carrier will not allow this, you can either refuse the shipment or note "received subject to defects and omissions" on the shipping note, if you conclude that contents may still be in good condition. If the item is damaged, you must contact us within 5 days.


With any concealed shipping damage - what do I do?

Usually upon receipt of parcels, there is always the risk of concealed shipping damage. Immediately after you have received it and no later after 3 days, you must check that everything is ok, and if you should then discover any hidden freight damage, please immediately complain to us, and then we start a claims case and send a new item to you.

 

All installation and tuning is performed at your own risk!

Please be informed, that installing a racing turbo or tuning engines is intented for racing on a closed race track only. Tuning your enginge might have consequences to your insurance coverage and guarantee. Masterpower.eu is not responsible for such consequences. Neither is masterpower.eu responsible for any indirect damage, injury or cost assosciated with the product(s) itself, your installation and/or tuning. All installation of our products and tuning is performed at your own risk - always!

 

Data privacy policy

We make a record of your personal information for the sole purpose of delivering goods to you. Personal information is registered and kept for five years, after which the data will be deleted. When personal information is collected through our website, we ensure that it is always done with your express consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why. Information provided to the web shop is not passed on or sold in any way to third parties, and we do not register any sensitive personal information. Once registered with the webshop, you have the right at any time to object to the registration. You also have the right to access any information that has been registered about you. These rights are in accordance with the Privacy Law and any queries concerning this should be sent to us by email as found under the "Contact" section.

 

Cookies

On the web shop we may use cookies to optimise the website and its functionality to make your visit as easy as possible for you. You can at any time delete cookies from your computer. In Internet Explorer, you can delete a cookie by opening Internet Settings under Tools. Under Browsing History the Cookies can be deleted.

 

Web log analysis

We use a web log analysis on www.masterpower.eu which means that a statistical system collects information that can provide a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where users leave the website etc. Log statistics are only for the purpose of optimising the webshop and the website’s user-face
